Eximius was founded by Nick Stevens and Ed Stevens in 2008 to supply expert talent to the energy, legal and financial services sectors. Our approach has allowed us to enjoy superior market performance, averaging 40% CAGR in our profitability since inception.
Today we support an enviable client list across the globe. We operate from our offices in the UK, the UAE and Hong Kong, enabling global mobilisation for our clients and candidates.

Through 2016 our key objective is to continue to grow the number of financial services, legal and energy clients and candidates we help across all regions. We have experienced significant growth in the Asia Pacific and Middle East/Northern African regions in recent years, and we expect this to continue. We also have a significant focus on continuing to increase the number of candidates and clients we help with interim assignments.

Eximius was founded in 2008. Despite challenging economic conditions in the early years, performance has continued to improve year on year.
The business has averaged CAGR for revenue of 74% since 2008, with revenues of £18.5M for the year ending June 30th 2014. The business has seen a CAGR of 45% in the same period for Net Fee Income, or Gross Profit.
The business is committed to continuous profitable growth and expansion. Recent years have seen a significant investment in our interim and contract assignment business, which contributed 3% of NFI in 2008 and 28% of NFI in 2014. Additional new initiatives have included opening and growing business in the UAE and Hong Kong to take the Eximius proposition to the Middle East, Northern Africa and Asia Pacific.
In the coming years, we plan to increase the business between 20% and 30% YoY in top and bottom line metrics. We will remain committed to our three core markets – energy, financial services and legal, which offer substantial growth opportunities. We will increase our teams in the UK, MENA and Asia, and add further international locations as our existing international operations achieve critical mass.
We have a target to achieve £100M revenue, £20M Net Fee Income and £5M net profits in the year ending 30th June 2018.
