For instance, we partner with several top tier universities across the EU to access their Alumni. We are also committed to hiring a diverse range of consultants. Our belief is that diversity across our consultants helps to maintain diversity across our talent pools.
In Asia we are launching two programmes to support female professionals. The Ones to Watch Programme is developing a community and alumni of female leaders, hosting events to support their rise to the top. And a code of conduct to support mid-level female leadership pipelining.
