Delivery

1. All goods are despatched from our UK headquarters.
2. All goods are sent via a courier service that will require a signature.
3. All goods will be suitable packaged to protect them during transit.
4. All UK deliveries, including Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey will be charged at a flat rate of £3. For deliveries to the remainder of mainland Europe a charge of £9 will apply. Deliveries to the rest of the world are subject to the item(s) ordered and the location of the delivery address, and a nominal charge of £20 will be applied at checkout. 5. Delivery periods for our product range vary from product to product and stock availability. We try to keep stocks at required levels at all times but this is not always possible. As a guide, please see below:
   1. Standard items that do not require personalisation: 2-10 days
   2. Personalised stationery: 10-20 days
   3. Bespoke print services (embossed crests etc) are subject to detail and will be advised at the time of ordering.
