3rd Line Support – Genesys Cloud Contact Centre – Remote

Eximius Group are looking for three 3rd line support engineers with experience supporting an enterprise level Genesys contact centre environment. You will be working as part of a remote support team for a global customer via a partner.

You will be experienced enough to provide support on almost any query that a customer could have about a Genesys PureEngage environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years commercial experience and you could have a background with other contact centre vendors such as Cisco or Avaya but you must have current Genesys experience.

This role can be developed into a consultants role over time and access to certifications and training will be provided. There may be the need for travel to customer sites in Europe occasionally so you would need to be willing and able to do this. The client is looking for people who can start ASAP because this project is in flight so apply now for a quick process and decision.
