Account Manager – SaaS Solutions Sales – Manchester

Eximius Group are working with an IT MSP that are hiring for a new account manager to join their team. They work with UK mid-market clients selling a variety of solutions within the unified communications and contact centre space. This role will involve handling a number of known (and new) clients working on renewals and net new growth.

The company hire their account managers based on 3 key characteristics and although experience in the CX market would be useful it is secondary to these attributes;

• Having the energy and passion for your job and your clients to really get to know them even though face to face meetings have declined in recent years
• Being organised and detail orientated enough to make the most of every opportunity with your accounts
• Being able to stay in control of what can be a long sales process and deliver for your customers every time

You will be expected to spend some time in the Manchester office each week. The company will invest in your training and development to take your career through to client director.

Salary £60,000 – £70,000 plus double OTE
