Accounts Technician

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the financial reporting team within a leading asset management firm.

My client is looking for a highly motivated accounts technician to be responsible for processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.

Responsibilities include:

• Process purchase invoices and expense claims,
• Supplier statement reconciliations,
• Responsible for vendor management tracking,
• Ad hoc tasks to aid the legal entity controllers,
• Deal with invoice and supplier queries,
• Ensure all invoices/expenses are authorised in line with limits.
