Eximius Group are working with an MSP that partner with various CC/CX technology leaders including Genesys and AWS. They are hiring for an experienced AI/bot professional that can advise enterprise clients on the best technology and approach to using AI within their customer experience processes.
This is a fully remote FTE role working as part of the CX consultancy within this MSP. You will be working with clients across North America. They would prefer someone in country they might look at people abroad and willing to do the time zones. Also the client is expecting there to be some customer facing travel involved in the role but no more than 30%.
As artificial intelligence grows in popularity and importance within customer experience this company sees a dynamic career path a big future for this role and the team. As a result they are looking for an industry expert that has knowledge of a variety of tools and vendors. They also want someone who is happy in a pre and post sales role. You will not be required to do any hands on engineering in this role you will focus on solutions design and delivery.
They are looking to pay $180,000 – $250,000 plus 15% bonus and benefits
