This major international firm is looking to recruit a Banking & Finance Lawyer at 1-3pqe from a Magic Circle firm, other leading City firm, or an equivalent firm in another common law jurisdiction. They can offer a broad range of work that is often hard to find and is perfect for a junior lawyer. Working with a number of different Partners and Senior Associates you will advise on leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance, fund financing, structured finance and restructuring. The high quality training alongside this broad-ranging experience will guarantee you develop into a brilliant Banking & Finance lawyer.
