Boutique Firm – Commercial Lawyer
My Client is a boutique financial organisation looking to hire a Commercial Lawyer to join its specialist commercial team. The role sits within a small and flat structured team that supports the commercial needs of the entire institution.
Key responsibilities include:
- drafting,
- negotiating,
- maintaining a wide variety of commercial contract including:
- IT and Software license and maintenance agreements,
- Outsourcing agreements,
- Confidentiality agreements,
- General marketing agreements including sponsorship agreements,
- Mandates,
- Engagement letters,
- Terms of business,
- Services Agreement,
- Consultancy Agreements.
The team is also responsible for the legal governance environment of the business, and so work will also entail providing a quality legal service in relation to managing general legal risks across the wider institution.
A strong candidate should have at least 1 years post qualification within a commercial team of a city law firm or reputational in-house institution.
