Eximius Group are hiring on behalf of a solutions integrator who are expanding their direct new business team. This is a full end to end sales role where you will close your own deals but support and training will be given as needed.
You’ll be part of a small, successful direct sales team targetting the UK mid-market with multiple leading products and solutions for various scales and price points. You will be supported by SDRs and marketing but this will require some self generation too. You’ll be required to be in the office initially 3 days per week but this will likely drop to 2 days per week after a few months and once you are working fully independently.
The average sales lifecycle for this client is around 6 months so you can get stuck in from month one and see commission quickly. You’ll be reporting to a head of sales that has been with the business for over 8 years and has a wealth of knowledge to share. The company offer an excellent benefits package as well as a strong financial package including OTE.
You’ll need a successful track record within UC or Cloud communications to apply. If you’re already in a 360 sales role then that’s a bonus but it’s not essential as long as you are ready to take the step into that role immediately.
Package: £60-80k base with double OTE
