Cloud Contact Centre Consultant

Eximius are working exclusively with a Genesys partner who are looking to add a senior consultant to their UK team. They are looking for a senior engineer with experience in delivering and supporting cloud omnichannel contact centre solutions to medium and enterprise level customers. This partner have ambitious growth plans and you could soon be leading a technical team in this role.
As a Genesys partner they are very interested in people with PureCloud experience or experience with Engage or Connect in a cloud or hybrid environment. Ideally you will have been involved in at least two implementations of systems as well as some level 3 support work. This role will see you dealing with multiple customers at once so the ability to project manage will be important too. My client does not use a physical UK address so you can work from home when not with customers or meeting colleagues onsite.
