Eximius Group are working with a leading UK based solutions provider who are hiring for a new PS engineer. They have won a number of key contact centre projects and need a Genesys Cloud engineer to deliver to these UK clients. This is a remote role but they want someone based in the South East of the UK for ease of client travel when needed.
You’ll be working in partnership with a project manager handling one project at a time but phasing from one to the next. These will be mid market and enterprise level Genesys Cloud contact centre deployments. You will be expected to understand the customer needs and offer further solutions where possible. You’re an experienced engineer so the expectation is that you can work autonomously in this role.
Salary £70,000 – £85,000 plus benefits
