Senior ISDA Negotiator
My Client is a boutique asset management firm looking to hire a senior ISDA Negotiator for a fixed term contract.
The role sits within the firm’s derivatives legal team who cover ISDA Master agreement negotiation as well as securities financing. It’s a friendly team who are looking for someone who is a self-starter and can work autonomously.
The successful candidate will have to:
- Draft and negotiate ISDA Master agreements and all related documentation
- Aid the Head of Legal to administer the effect of any corporate restructurings and consequential changes to existing ISDAs.
- Help the business and operations team with post-trade questions and issues arising from collateral disputes with derivatives counterparts.
Extensive experience of ISDAs is a must and any experience with GMRA or GMSLA would be a real advantage. There will be some negotiation however, drafting experience is key. Experience on the buy-side is helpful but not necessary.
