Our client is a well- respected, leading asset management firm looking to hire on a contract basis.
A superb opportunity has now arisen for a Legal Counsel to join this progressive firm in the provision of legal advice and support across the client’s business making sure that all jurisdictional and regional legal and regulatory obligations are adhered to and all risk handled correctly.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Legal and will be assigned a range of responsibilities. In essence, they require someone who can run the project getting all the documentation in place without much supervision for a new asset management capability. You will be providing legal support for all front office documentation, including trading documents, ISDAs, commission sharing documents etc.
The chosen candidate may be required to assist with other legal matters as and when they arise.
