Eximius, a leading recruitment business for accounting and finance professionals, is pleased to partner with Charterpath, a new initiative to help accountants “chart a path” into the non-profit sector. Co-founders Alice Stein and Alex Marsh both started volunteering whilst training as accountants and were surprised by how much value an accountant could add even at an early stage of their career and also the benefits it brought them on a personal level – building their professional skills as well as widening their network.
They are now looking to inspire more accountants to volunteer their time and expertise across the non-profit sector, particularly important given the current challenges non-profits are facing.
