Finance Lawyer NQ-5 *US FIRM*
This highly regarded US law firm has a large London office and an impressive Finance group dealing with- amongst other areas- acquisition finance, bank lending, project finance, securitisation, and leveraged finance.
The leveraged finance team sits within the wider Banking group, and advises lenders, sponsors and borrowers on a broad range of financing transactions. In this role, you will advise clients on all aspects of leveraged and acquisition finance matters, and have the opportunity to manage others from an early stage. The successful candidate will have 0-5 years of broad finance experience from a Silver or Magic Circle firm.
