Genesys Cloud Contact Centre Engineer
Eximius Group are working exclusively on behalf of a UK Genesys partner that are growing their cloud contact centre engineering and implementation team. They are looking for engineers that have previous experience implementing or supporting Genesys platforms including ideally Genesys Cloud (PureCloud as was) but PureEngage will also be of interest.
Your role will be to work as part of a remote and occasionally onsite client facing technical team to get their new cloud contact centre environments up and running successfully. You will be dealing with multiple clients/projects and there will be some support work involved once the environment is live but this will be at a 3rd line level only as there is an existing support team.
This engineering role can develop to a consultants position which includes more solutions design over time but that will still be a hands on technical role too. You will report to the Genesys practice director for the UK. There is a chance that you could do some work in mainland Europe but this would be rare.
If you have any Genesys certifications that would be ideal but is not required. Also if you have any development experience or background that would also be useful but is not essential.
