Salary РFrom £65,000 to £68,000 per annum plus benefits

Eximius are exclusively recruiting for 2 experienced Genesys engineers to join a UC and CC solutions provider who predominantly support the UK market. These roles will be client facing and partly office based hence the need for people to be able to commute to London if/when possible.

You will be implementing on premise contact centre environments (Genesys PureEngage) as well as supporting at a 3rd line level existing customers. You will be working as part of the Genesys engineering team that are seeing increased work from new clients as customers change the way they do business.

This telcoms company have grown rapidly over the last three years and cover all of the UK. They provide best in class unified communications and contact centre solutions for their customers using a multi vendor approach. The ideal candidate will have a background in a partner or consultancy and so have dealt with multiple customers at once. 

There may be some out of hours or on call project work depending on client needs but this wont be a regular occurrence. There will be at least some remote work included in this role. The company support their engineers by paying for professional training and certification from vendors so you will advance your skills in this position.
