Eximius are exclusively working on an opportunity for an experienced contact centre technology engineer who has deployed Genesys eServices previously into an existing voice environment. This will be an initial 6 month contract but it’s very likely to extend in 2020.

This role will involve deploying the email channel of Genesys eServices for a global client although the role will be UK based and largely remote. Occasional international travel to client site may be required and there will be a monthly team meeting onsite in the Midlands.
