Head of Compliance
The Head of Compliance is responsible for monitoring and assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of the measures, policies and procedures put in place by the Company in accordance with the requirements of the Central Bank and the actions taken to address any deficiencies in the Company’s compliance with its obligations.
Advise and assist the relevant persons responsible for carrying out services and activities to comply with the Company’s and the Funds’ obligations under the Regulatory Framework, while ensuring the Company’s and Fund’s compliance with their obligations under the Regulatory Framework
