An exciting opportunity has arisen at my client, a leading asset management firm based on the Strand, for a HR Administrator. This is a new role for the team and you will support an experienced HR team of 4 advisors. You will ideally have some previous HR experience at a administrative level and also be a strong and competent user of Excel. Your duties will include:

•  updating the database
• ensuring all employee paperwork is correct
• correlating excel spread sheets
• data clearing
• sending out and chasing references
• setting up of new starts
• sending out interview confirmations

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to gain experience within HR as this role will be a 6 month contract, with the view to extending permanently. The more enthusiasm and interest you show the more areas the team will get you involved in.
