Corporate / Commercial Lawyer
My client is a Top Tier Investment Management business looking to hire a Corporate/Commercial lawyer into a specialist team on permanent basis.
The role reports to the Head of Legal, and you will become an integral member of the Group Legal team in the provision of legal and regulatory support and counsel to the business worldwide. The team supports the business in executing its commercial and corporate strategy, protecting it against legal risk and promotes high standards of corporate governance and legal compliance. The role is based in London but involves working with colleagues internationally, in particular the US, Europe and Asia. This is a broad role which encompasses both advisory and transactional matters across every aspect of the business, including advising on a wide range of commercial issues which may involve corporate finance, commercial, employment, capital markets and financial services regulation.
A strong candidate should have:
- a strong academic history
- at least 1 years post qualification
- relevant experience from a top city law firm (Magic, Silver circle or Top US firm).
