Markets Lawyer – VP
My client is a top tier investment bank who are looking to hire at VP-level into their Markets team. This role will be supporting their Equities business with a focus on cash trading, equity derivatives and associated business lines. This will encompass day to day coverage and support, regulatory change and enabling strategic development of the business area.
The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with experience in equities transactions or a strong markets regulatory background gained either in private practice or in-house.
