Prime Services Lawyer
My client is a top tier investment bank who are looking to hire a junior lawyer in their prime services legal team. This is a unique experience for a junior lawyer to get involved in some of the more complex financial product areas and learn from some of the most experienced advisory lawyers in this area.
You will be providing legal advisory support to the Listed Derivatives, OTC Clearing and Prime Services businesses.
The successful candidate will be 1-4 PQE from a top private practice or from an investment bank. Previous experience within Listed Derivatives/Clearing documentation or Prime Services is an advantage but not essential.
