Regulatory Lawyer Top tier Financial Services Business
My client is a top global financial services business looking for a regulatory lawyer with 2-4 PQE and strong transactional skills to join their legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to join as only the second lawyer in the team alongside the Head of Legal.
The successful candidate will be coming from a Magic Circle or US law firm or an equivalent top tier financial services organisation within their regulatory practice.
They will also have extensive experience in information handling and dealing with company records and must be comfortable conducting commercial contract transactions. Good negotiation skills are key and so prior experience in active negotiations is a huge bonus. The candidate will have the opportunity to do a broad spectrum of work. This role also provides opportunities to be close to senior management giving a proper insight into the business strategy and trajectory.
