Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer
This award-winning insolvency practice is looking to recruit a non-contentious restructuring & insolvency lawyer at 1-4pqe with experience from a leading firm in London or another common law jurisdiction.
The broad-ranging practice boasts a stellar client list of major financial institutions, debtors, and insolvency practitioners. They advise on a mix of cross-border finance and corporate restructuring work and there is room for candidates who are keen to specialise in either or advise on a mix of both. Specific examples of the work includes, reviewing security, bond and loan documents, schemes of arrangement, the appointment of administrators, pre-packaged administration sales of shares or businesses, company voluntary arrangements and advising directors on their duties.
