Retail Regulatory Counsel
My client is an International Bank looking to hire a Retail Regulatory Lawyer into its Private Bank.
The role will involve providing regulatory advice relating to banking, financial services and retail and consumer matters. This will include working on implementation regulations and providing regulatory advice on a variety of projects.
The role will also involve a lot of specific work on Mortgage regulations and so a strong candidate must have a detailed knowledge and relevant experience working with Mortgage regulations, including MCOB and BCOBs.
