Eximius Group are working with a global asset management firm who are expanding their UK service desk team to cope with increased user numbers. This is an office based role in central London.
Our client has been established over 20 years and manages over £20 billion in assets. They have an office in New York as well as Hong Kong with service desk support in both. You will be part of a team of 3 in the UK looking after over 100 users, globally they are 400 people. You will work in a follow the sun workflow on company wide projects but otherwise handle 1st, 2nd and 3rd line queries locally. This will include VIP support as well as general populace support.
The role will be the recognised face of the helpdesk team within the UK office as you will be the most experienced member of the team. You will not have to do official team leader duties but this is a career path the role can follow as the technology team expands. They have an O365 tech stack including EM&S.
This is a full hands on support role reporting to the head of networks and infrastructure who is also London based.
They are looking to pay £55,000 – £60,000 plus bonus and benefits
