Eximius Group are the exclusive global recruitment partner to a U.S. Genesys Gold Partner that is expanding their client facing consulting team. They require an experienced pre and post sales Genesys Cloud solutions architect who can work fully remotely from America. You will be working with customers across the States.
To date they have dealt with State and Local Government bodies but this role will help them expand into the enterprise level private sector clients.
You will be working with clients from requirements stage to understand their needs and design a suitable Genesys Cloud solution before working alongside the in house engineering team to deliver this to customers. The role does not require hands on engineering work. Your role will involve working with the broader business to help define their approach to delivering omni-channel CC/CX solutions in future working with Genesys, AWS and other partners in the U.S. and abroad.
This is a growing company with a successful track record that are looking to improve their client facing technical team and offer better and better solutions.
The client is looking to pay between $135,000 – $155,000 plus 10% performance bonus and the expected benefits package.
