Eximius Group are recruiting on behalf of a contact centre solutions provider that develop their own in house products for the UK market. You will be part of a very product led environment where you can work closely with the other teams to develop exciting new tools and features for customers on an ongoing basis. This is a hybrid role which requires 1 day per week in the office.
The ideal candidate will have worked in the contact centre or CX (customer experience) technology domain before and so be aware of the functions, services, tools and features that these platforms have as well as the solutions they provide. You will need commercial software engineering experience in;
