Eximius works exclusively on behalf of a company looking to assemble a Support Engineer team for a customer with an Aspect eWFM contact centre estate.
This role involve working remotely 100% of the time as part of a virtual support team for the end customer. The end customer works in a highly regulated and demanding B2C industry so, they will require a 24×7 on call facility as part of the support desk. Engineers can work in split levels with an escalation structure and as part of an on call rota to deliver the best service for the customer, this will be organised by our client.
It is essential that you have provided phone/help desk support for users of the Aspect eWFM Contact Centre (ideally Cloud) solution before. Knowledge of the Customer Engagement Platform and Self-Service tools will also be very beneficial.
