Eximius are recruiting on behalf of a technology solutions provider who is looking for a support engineer. The candidate has experience supporting users with Genesys PureEngage contact centre platform. They will look at people with version 7 or 8+ experience.

This will be a contract role working with an end customers support team to cover a peak in business.  The company undergoes a large contact centre transformation hence they need someone to hit the ground running. You will be expected to be able to assist users with a range of support queries at a 2nd or 3rd line level. If you have experience of PureConnect or PureCloud that will be of interest, but PureEngage is priority. You will be based onsite with the end customer in London 100% of the time, no remote work is available on this contract.

This contract would ideally suit a helpdesk or support engineer who has Genesys experience but wants to specialise in this rapidly growing market so is looking for a focused role in contact centre technology.
