Team Assistant – Tradefloor
My client is one of the worlds leading International Investment Banks, based in Canary Wharf, and they are looking for a Team Assistant to join the Sales and Trading floor. This is a great step up for someone wanting to secure a Team Assistant role in the banking sector who may have gained some previous secretarial/admin experience already, gained from either Banking, Property, Executive Search, Recruitment, Insurance, or a similar blue-chip corporate environment where you may have supported a busy sales team.
Your duties will include:
- Full diary management
- Extensive meeting co-ordination
- Arranging international travel
- Processing expenses
- Phone coverage
- Updating reports and client database.
If you have gained a secretarial diploma for example Quest or Oxford Media, I really want to hear from you, but this is not essential. You will have strong communication skills, be articulate and professional, and be keen to learn. Personality is a key, and an up beaten positive approach.
