Technical Consultant – Contact Centre, Genesys – Midlands

 

Eximius are working on behalf of a solutions provider who require a technical consultant to provide guidance and support to an end customer who are live in a contact centre transformation programme. They are using Genesys 8.1 and looking for a client facing technical professional with experience in helping businesses to get the most from the product as well as answering support queries.

As the end customer is already using Genesys and they have some of their own technical resources it is essential that any applicant is technically very confident in the product. Particular experience with the Chat and Co-Browse functions will be beneficial.

This contract should extend and could involve work at other sites for the client as they are a large UK employer. You will have the support of a project manager, solution architect and support staff in your role. Genesys certified professionals would be considered a real advantage but this is not a necessity.
