My client, a top tier investment bank are looking to recruit an advisory lawyer into their derivatives team in London.
The successful candidate will be advising on and negotiating master agreements such as ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA, Prime Brokerage agreements etc. Candidates have to be qualified lawyers with experience in Derivatves, Stock loan and Repo Contracts gained either in private practice or in-house.
