Eximius Group are working with a unified communications solutions provider that require an on-site Avaya support engineer to work with an enterprise customer. You will be part of an engineering team maintaining the clients on premise Avaya UC/CC solutions.
This role will require someone to be in the office 4 days per week.
You’ll be expected to handle a range of support tickets either directly or by working with 3rd party providers. This will include working directly with the product team at Avaya. You’ll be provided with ongoing training and certification opportunities within the Avaya product suite to keep your skills up to date including in their Cloud products. The ideal engineer will have experience supporting;
Being part of a managed solution for the customer there will be an on call rota as part of this role and some out of hours work for patching etc. Apply now for more information and interview
