Eximius Group are working with a specialist CC/CX training consultancy that are growing their team to support a global vendor partner enablement programme. They require CC/CX professionals that can deliver sales training to partner agents in English.
Our client has had a fantastic year for new business wins and has grown over 100% in headcount as a result! These 2 permanent trainer roles are further new growth positions. If you want to work for a dynamic and successful business to improve the quality of channel sales in the CX space then this role will interest you.
As you’ll be working with partners in English speaking countries you will need to be flexible on hours but the work is completely remote. If you speak a second language fluently that will be of interest as training will also be delivered in other countries but this is not essential. You dont need to be a technical expert in any particular contact centre vendor platform to apply but you do need to understand how a contract centre works.
Salary £50,000 – £55,000
