An opportunity has arisen to join the top-tier Corporate team of this prestigious US law firm.

Owing to consistently strong deal flow, the group is now seeking candidates with 1-5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: public and private M&A, Private Equity, ECM, and Joint Ventures. As an associate in the London team, you will work closely with colleagues in the firm’s European and US offices on a variety of international Corporate transactions. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the whole life cycle of transactions.
