Corporate Lawyer / Commercial Lawyer
My client is a boutique financial institution looking to engage a Corporate Lawyer / Commercial lawyer for between 9-12 months.
The role sits within the Legal, Risk and Compliance team and is focused on supported the M&A business. The focus of the role will be to draft, review and negotiate a very wide variety of corporate and commercial agreements. This will also include providing ad hoc support on different projects.
The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years post-qualification experience from a reputable city law firm or financial institution, and be able to work relatively unsupervised, closely with high level business stakeholders. You must have strong experience of drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts. Some experience of GDPR is a bonus as well.
