CX Consultant – Germany

Eximius are working with a succesful German CX solutions provider who are part of a global network of contact centre specialists. They are expanding their pre-sales consulting team in Germany and require an experienced cloud contact centre consultant.

Although they work a lot with Genesys Cloud and Cognify the role will be technically agnostic so you can have experience in any CX platform. You will be working with customers, remotely, across Germany helping them to select the best CX solution for their needs. This will involve requirements gathering and solutions design but not engineering or implementation. The role can mostly be delivered remotely but you should expect some travel.

Also you’ll be working with a leading professional services team that have been established for many years. This company has won many awards and is recognised as a top Genesys partner in Germany.

Salary €100,000 plus utilisation bonus
