Eximius Group are working with a global CX solutions provider that is hiring for their team in Spain. They are hiring for a Genesys Cloud CX engineer to deliver the platform to enterprise level customers in Spain. This is a permanent and full time role which can be delivered mostly remotely but with some customer visits as needed.
You will be part of the professional services team working with clients across Spain. You’ll be supported by solutions architects and project managers but you would be expected to handle small projects from end to end yourself. Your role will be to migrate too or implement Genesys Cloud CX for a wide variety of customers. As such you’ll need previous Genesys Cloud experience and ideally a client facing background. The company will provide ongoing training and certifications as you need them.
Salary: €45,000 – €55,000
