Eximius Group are working with a global CX solutions provider that are hiring for an on premise, Genesys Engage, contact centre engineer to join their team in Spain. This is a permanent, full time role, which can be worked fully remotely but with some customer visits as needed.
You must already have worked with Genesys Engage either implementing the platform, migrating too it or supporting it at a high level to apply. This role will work as part of a project team for an enterprise level customer who is migrating to Genesys Cloud CX. This means the role will also offer the opportunity to learn and train in Genesys Cloud.
You will be working alongside a solutions architect and project manager but you will be expected to handle small projects from end to end yourself. There will be the opportunity to keep your contact centre skills right up to date through training and certifications in the role.
