Senior Legal Officer
- Assist Senior Legal Manager to provide legal support in intellectual property, license, leasing, corporate and commercial transactions related agreement and related legal issues
- Draft & review commercial and legal documents
- Assist in conducting legal research and delivering legal training
- Handle company secretarial matters
- HK or China qualified with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm or in-house environment
- Solid experience in handling PRC legal projects is preferable.
