This is an opportunity for a 1-2pqe structured finance lawyer with derivatives experience to join this team, learn from the very best lawyers in the market and become a genuine derivatives expert.
The firms client base is wide ranging including banks and other financial institutions, corporate and SPVs. They advise on all of the different derivatives asset classes.
This role is ideal for a bright, ambitious lawyer who wants to specialise from an early stage in their career and become a genuine derivatives legal expert. The experience you gain will set you up perfectly to push for partnership in the future, or become extremely attractive to prospective in-house employers if you wish to go down that route.
